Wooo... i have been researching on the golden ratio.
I found it so interesting so i am going to use it on research methodology.
So i think my question will be...
"research on how implementing the golden ratio in interior spaces will affect its aesthetic."

The Golden Rectangle is a unique and a very important shape in mathematics. The Golden Rectangle appears in nature, music, and is also often used in art and architecture. The special property of the Golden Rectangle is that the ratio of its length to the width equals to approximately 1.618:
The Golden Rectangle is considered to be one of the most pleasing and beautiful shapes to look at, which is why many artists have used it in their work.
The two artists, who are perhaps the most famous for their use of the golden ratio, are Leonardo Da Vinci and Piet Mondrian.
Leonardo Da Vinci:
Leonardo Da Vinci was a great Italian Renaissance painter as well as a scientist and inventor, who lived in 15th century. In his art, Da Vinci carefully examined the proportions of the human body and found many occurrences of the golden ratio and golden rectangles.

You probably heard of "Mona Lisa" before. This is one of the most famous paintings in the world, and is a very good example of Da Vinci's use of the golden ratio in art.
If you draw a rectangle around Mona Lisa's face, that rectangle will turn out to be golden. The dimensions of the painting itself also form a golden rectangle. As well, the proportions of Mona Lisa's body exhibit several golden ratios. For example, a golden rectangle can be drawn from her neck to just above the hands.

as u all know i was a bit stressed out over my project ytd and now i wonder why i get so stressed over it. i thought so much about until i got out of the lift at the wrong story ytd when i went home. and somemore there was a lady with me too! so paiseh! u see, i got out at the 9th floor which was where that lady lived, and i am supposed to go up all the way to the 16th storey. the lady was staring at me when i realise i got out of the wrong storey. i could only laugh away my embarresment. hmm. she must have thought i was a crazy stalker.
as for my project, i hope i have settled the problems peacefully. now, i hope they will continue to do their part of the project responsibly. no. i trust that they will do their stuff. must trust my group members. but haix. i told them to send me info tonight, yet i dun see any new e-mails yet. i'll continue waiting.
and so today, i had a bit of a stomache ache after school. i did wanted to shit when i was with my friends at peace centre mac. but i controlled as i was also very tired and wanted to go home early. i tried to control my shit all the way home which was quite a terrible feeling. so i guess i became a bit moody on the bus. its either the smell or the air in the bus today, but i really felt very suffocating just now. and plus my shitty feeling, it felt totally terrible.
so after i got down the bus ans parted with dearest machi, i brisk walk ultra fast on the way home. cuz at that point of time, i already desperately feel like shitting. after i reached home and let everything out, i felt really comfortable and i went straight to sleep on the sofa.
conclusion, shitting is a pleasure.
ahhhhh~~~~

in MANY dilemma.
its not 'in a dilemma' but in 'many' states of dilemma. i usually love projects, cuz most of the time, i just have to listen to what others have to say and do what they want me to do. kind of like a follower. but ever since i came to nafa, everything changed. i have to think of what to do and settle things tacfully, which i think i am a failure at that. T_T
i need to sort things out. but i am really afraid of doing the wrong things. oh mans.... why are they giving me so much headache. i dun wan to offend anyone really...
argh. give me a break please.

i have gotten the Canan SLR cam. its canon eos 1000d or d1000. i forgot.
i got it at harvey norman for 1099 which includes the efi 18-55mm Image Stabilizer lens, bag, strap, 2 8GB memory card, a tripod, 2 screen protectors. and i bought another i think emi 80-300mm lens for 59 bucks. should be okayy ba... not above market price i hope. ^^
and then i tried out my 2 cam.
can guess which is taken by a normal digital cam and which one is taken by the canon SLR cam?
see the difference? the top pic is by a normal digi cam on macro mode. the bottom pic is the canon slr with full auto mode. no need to adjust anything sia.. haaaa... thats why i had wanted to get an slr cam since a long time ago...

its the last day of the week, which means that i have gotten to know roughly all the lessons and the teachers. ms yang, saw her today in class, i love her teaching style, but i just dunno why the others don't. i think she has got character eh? lol. i guess everyone has their own preferences. and then there was basic photography lesson. sad to say, its compulsory to get a DSLR camera. my pa offered to get me one. but really, should i be happy or sad? its now the period when my family should scrimp and save and not spend extra cash on things like this. but i really wished for that cam!! i kind of feel guilty. guilt guilty guilty. and i am not even working now. my pa said not to worry, as long as i do well in my studies, he is fine with it. but...

can't we just take nice photos with normal camera? isn't a 3.2 megapixels cam or a hp cam enough? look at the nice photos they are able to capture... sighs... pa.. i will work hard this 3 years. i'll pay u back when i enter the working society. i'll take care of u and mom well. its a promise. promise.

i browsed through my blog and realize that my post were all ultra boring.
its either my brain is dying and running out of juice,
or my life is seriously dead boring.
i guess its both.

oh yeah... school started today!!!!
but i feel so cheated!!!
my art scene class actually doesn't start today but next week.
argh. as a result, machi and i were left wandering around bugis area having nothing to do.
wander wander wander...
it was amazing how we were able to pass 2 hours of time.
haaa. but alas, we met yuemei and tianqi.
i wonder which stupid girl go and poke my stomache.

then yuemei went to get receipt from her shop and helped us redeem gifts.
